Several times in the last couple of weeks the topic of eating healthy and costing more has come up with patients.  I wanted to examine this with all of you so we have an understanding on a very important part of our overall health picture.

The hidden time bomb in all of this is that as people struggle to downsize weight levels the resultant effect of all of this then emerges as fitness levels tightens up with no available exercise being taken and more disease becoming prevalent…If Central Governments don’t take a grip soon then we could be facing an obesity problem.
