Dear Public,

Sit up straight.  It is amazing to look at x-rays from patients and see the same pattern repeated over and over.  The problem was likely not caused from turning to look in your back seat, though that is the last thing you remember – and then – Nothing But PAIN!!!

You see, as you sit or stand your badies normal posture should be with the shoulders, hips & ears all in a line.  But over and over again, this is not what we do.  We slump forward in our chairs to look at monitors, we slouch on the couch, we have Head Forward Posture.  What you are doing is causing degeneration in the spine in little bits and peices, and over the years it chips away at healthy tissue.  And when the body can no longer adapt, you got it, PAIN.

The solution seems easy, but is seldom done, sit up straight, walk with good form and dont slouch when standing.
